Hi Mary, I responded on facebook. My managers left you 2 voice messages today so we can start the process and set an appointment for you to bring in your car. If you have a compatible phone, we will sync it for you with bluetooth. When the remote start is activated, it does not unlock the vehicle. Please contact Terry so you can set an appointment at 414-329-6015. We have been working on this ever since you took delivery and searched for a solution, which I believe we have found. We were out all day. My husband we call tomorrow. I have an Android... It syncs with the Ford Edge so. Would have expected it to also work with the Toyota Corolla. I keep getting the message that I have one or more invalid phone numbers. I can call using the car and receive calls via the car when I have my cell we me, I just can't get it to sync my contacts. Thanks. We may need to do that on a non work day because I need to take it with me. Especially during these cold days. I got your voice messages and your Facebook message. Thanks.

After a two month delay the remote start is great. I still think they could have done a better job from the start calling immediately before we logged 800 miles to offer a return or at the least a loaner with remote start until they were able to come up with the. Solution. The lack of communication during the entire 2 months was the most frustrating, but in the end I am happy with the final installation. Now if we can get my contacts synced I will have the two main options that were deal breakers. I am a little disappointed that they did not offer any type of discount or additional services in compensation for their error. Had I known at the time of purchase I would not have purchased this car. Thanks for following up.

I am willing to give you some brownie points because I do like the remote start even though it is a little inconvenient not being able to open the trunk with the remote, and I understand it may haver been a legitimate mistake by an created by an used versus new car salesman. However, I prefer to wait until all of my questions and including the sync of my phone blue tooth. Unfortunately Toyota's delay forced us into the very busy Christmas season so that needs to wait untilI can now fit it into my schedule. When I am ready to amend my review can I just post a new review?
