I came into the dealership just looking to do some test drives on various models. Brad was very friendly and relaxed and pulled out all the cars I asked for. After narrowing it down to 2 choices I saw a used Avalon. Brad mentioned that if I take that out for test drive I wouldn't settle for the other models I was looking at. I came back from the test drive and Brad and the associates could tell how much I liked it. Boy was he right! The Avalon was beautiful to ride in and drive. I told him I wanted it. Brad was very laid back in a good way. The purchase was no pressure and that made me very comfortable. I would recommend Brad to anyone looking for a new or used car. I was in the market for a used car and had done some research on my own. I found Wilde Toyota's website online and I found a 2010 hyundai elantra that I was looking to buy. I called the used car sales department to make sure the car was still there. I received a call from Matt Husting and we started to discuss my options. I arrived on the lot and the car was already waiting for me and Matt had the keys in hand. I felt the Elantra was cheap and wanted to explore the Corolla option. I had Matt running around and moving all sorts of cars just so I could test drive a couple. I found one that really fit me well and we were able to work out a deal. The whole process of picking out a car was a breeze and then we went inside to discuss extra protection options. I ended up going for the trident protection and an extend warranty with the maintenance package. I dealt with Vicki Sylvester who was very nice as well. She really took the time to explain everything to us and share some personal experiences which is nice to hear. I find Matt to be an overall great asset to your team at Wilde Toyota. We came in to purchase a used car and had Phil as our salesman. He was a great help and listened to our needs.
