We had the privilege of working with Christian Arroyo, a sales rep at Wilde Toyota. He greeted us right away and the first thing he noticed was that my husband's car desperately needed to be washed and off sales rep at Wilde Toyota. I liked him right away. We pretty much knew what we were looking for and he made no hesitations about getting the keys to the 2 cars we were interested in. We decided on a 2012 Toyota Camry and Christian was quick and efficient about getting the paperwork started right away. What I like most was his sincere and honest approach with the whole car buying experience. I also like the fact that he shared a little about his family and his background. He appears to have good strong family morals and brings those same principals to work. This is why I have given Christian Arroyo an overall rating of "Great". My husband and I never bought from a dealership and have always bought independently. I can honestly say I would not hesitate to buy from Wilde Toyota again and would request Christian as my sales rep. More

In my 54 years I have never found a car salesman that I felt was truly honest............ before and after the sale. Zac has changed that and is the first and honest and kind car salesman I have ever met felt was truly honest............ before and after the sale. I have always said I would never leave buying a Toyota........ however I would think twice if Zac moved to a different brand. Please stay with Toyota Zac!!!! My last salesman begged me to do this survey and I never did.......Zac never said anything about it but I had remembered it and did a google search and here it is. Zac resolved some issues with my new Toyota FJ that were just cosmetic and I know that I would have had to push others to fix......This guy is unreal !!!!!! If you deal with Wilde Toyota in sales ....... asked for Zac. For a service writer ask for Bob May!!!!....... When my daughter came to me saying that she wanted to buy a new car that gets better mileage, I cringed at the thought of going to car dealers and dealing with high pressure, pushy stereotypical car salespeo a new car that gets better mileage, I cringed at the thought of going to car dealers and dealing with high pressure, pushy stereotypical car salespeople. With that said, we set out on a late Saturday and Sunday trips up the Highway 100 and 27th Street dealership runs to preview what was out there. Next we set out to visit the dealers where we found cars that we had interest in and checked on line for specials they might have. As we visited each of the dealers, we ran into just what I was afraid of...pushy sales people who stayed on your heals trying to sell us each car we looked at...that is, until we had the good fortune to run into David at Wilde on Highway 100. David was very personable...asked what we were looking for...explained how the cars were laid out on the lot...gave us some suggestions to point us towards some cars we might have interest in, then gave us the space to check them out. When we were ready, we talked about the history of the car we had chosen and took a test drive. We sat down and talked a little more, then left without feeling pressured to buy it now. I kept in touch with David over the next few days as we looked at some other cars, when another car came in on trade. David gave us a call to let us know about the car so we went in to look it over. Again, we talked about it and left without making a decision (I wanted to help my daughter make the best decision and get the best value for what she was going to buy). After looking at a few more cars, we felt that the Honda Civic at Wilde was the right car at the right price so we gave David a call. Moreover, we felt comfortable that David would take care of us if we ever had a problem and that the dealership would as well. When we got to the dealership, David had already had his team detail the car so much that it looked even nicer than it had before. We made the deal, then met with Matt in the business office who was also a pleasure to work with. My daughter loves her new car and David made her feel special...all reasons why when my wife and I decide to look for our next car, we will definitely look David up. More
I began to shop around for a new car because I'm about to graduate from college and I was looking for a better suited car than my convertible. David took us to a very nice Civic right away and was very helpful when we were looking to buy the car. Luckily, an even greater Honda came onto the lot just in time for my purchase, and David did what he could to help me get comfortable with this car. The civic we purchased is in wonderful condition. It was definitely a good investment after looking at many other dealerships. The people who work within this Wilde Toyota will do their best to fit your needs. I feel very confident in my purchase because of them and I would definitely recommend anyone to look into purchasing a car from this dealer. :) More

I was waiting to see another salesman who I knew but was very busy. David offered to allow me to take some test drives while I waited and pulled out three cars for me, warming them up and parking them right very busy. I had a very nice used car buying experience a few weeks ago at the Hwy 100 & Oklahoma dealership. Komi was very professional, friendly and just very nice. He made sure I had all the information I needed about the car I purchased regarding how to find everyting and how to operate it. The employees seem to have a good working relationship with each other. One of the salesmen had brought in Mexican chicken, rice and vegetables. Komi fixed me a plate and bought me a soda while I waited for the finance manager. After was done eating he made sure I was comfortable by having me wait in the new car store where I could watch TV and drink flavored coffee for the duration of my wait. He came and got me when the finace manager was ready for me at the used car store. The finance manager, Darrlye was very nice. The store was super busy but he took the time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about what my warranty did or did not cover. He also found a coupon that took a approximately $4.00 off my monthly payments. More
