Jamie Shay was great when I came there looking for a car. He was the first salesperson there to greet me, my mom and my aunt once we got out of the car. Hevwas very friendly and funny haha. Once I told him what I was looking for he brought back to cars that I can test drive so I can narrow down my two choices. He was very understanding and knew everything. He answered all my questions honestly and gave me his personal opinion. He made us feel like comfortable and welcoming. Once I had the car in mind he worked some magic so I can get a a car that someone else wanted in mind. After a night of waiting he called me back saying a got the car and of course I was HAPPY. We were referred to the dealership and to Kevin by my parents who purchased a car from him the week before. They had been very pleased with their experience. It made us feel more comfortable with the process having been referred to them. We researched online in advance and went to the dealership with some idea as to what we were looking for. Kevin helped us out and found the vehicles we'd been interested in from the website. We test drove two Toyota Venzas and two Toyota Camrys. We decided the Venza would suit our family best and loved the vehicle and all it's features. We sat down with Kevin to go over numbers. We felt we needed more time to think about such a significant purchase. Kevin was very patient and offered to let us take the vehicle home for the weekend to give it more thought. Good one Kevin, way to make us love it even more! (HA!) It was nice to have some extra time to process things. We came back on Monday and sealed the deal and went through the financing process with Matt. He was also very friendly and explained things thoroughly. The only suggestion we would have is to update the website more regularly. It may have been because the weekend was so busy at the dealership but there were a couple of vehicles we saw online that were no longer available (or perhaps just on hold). We would've also found it helpful if under the "payment calculator" it had a note stating that those calculated payments did not include taxes and fees that will be rolled in. Overall, our experience was a great one and we are thrilled with our Venza! More
