I didn't expect to buy a vehicle when I entered the dealership, but Rob recommended a vehicle and it ended up being the best fit for me. It was a cold day but he had all 3 of the vehicles I test drove dealership, but Rob recommended a vehicle and it ended up being the best fit for me. I had planned to drive the Highlander and Sienna and hadn't considered the Venza but he suggested I give the Venza a try. I remember him saying "I think you will really like the way it drives." And yes I did. Even with it being a very busy Saturday, I felt Rob and the financing department did a great job of moving thru the paperwork. I truly felt my needs were heard and the best options were offered. (Yes, I know I should have checked before we left) The car was advertised for $10,995 but they wrote it up sold for $13,995! I wasn't aware of this until I left the dealership and got home. But overall, I was VERY satisfied with how friendly the salesman was. More
