I didn't expect to buy a vehicle when I entered the dealership, but Rob recommended a vehicle and it ended up being the best fit for me. It was a cold day but he had all 3 of the vehicles I test drove dealership, but Rob recommended a vehicle and it ended up being the best fit for me. I had planned to drive the Highlander and Sienna and hadn't considered the Venza but he suggested I give the Venza a try. I remember him saying "I think you will really like the way it drives." I truly felt my needs were heard and the best options were offered.
