OK - I admit I am not mechanically inclined, and this is my first car purchase in over a decade. We bought a 2008 Camry Solara 2 months ago. I LOVE the car, that is not the issue. Yesterday the check eng my first car purchase in over a decade. We bought a 2008 Camry Solara 2 months ago. I LOVE the car, that is not the issue. Yesterday the check engine light came on. My husband called the service department and told them that the light came on despite the car running just fine. He was told to bring it in to get checked. He brought the car in to service... Over $50.00 later they told him that the gas cap was not clicked tightly enough causing the sensor to go on. Seriously??? You could not have told us to check that first? A decent dealer would have comped that for someone who just spent over 20 grand at their dealership. Auto Zone and other places will check a diagnostic check engine light code for FREE! Did you hear that? FREE!!! I hope Wilde understands that a happy customer may tell 1 or 2 people about you, but an unhappy customer will tell 1 or 2 hundred!!! I intend to tell thousands! More
Our car buying experience was very pleasant. Kevin was a great sales person, we felt very comfortable working with him to help us purchase our vehicle. It did seem like the process took a bit longer than us great sales person, we felt very comfortable working with him to help us purchase our vehicle. It did seem like the process took a bit longer than usual. Our sales rep was called to attend to other customers while we were waiting to wrap everything up. While we understand the need to tend to all customers, we did have to wait at least 15 extra minutes for him to be available to screw the liscence plate on. There were 5-7 other workers there that could have helped us with this, so we could have been on our way sooner. It was not a major issue, however would have been nice to be finished with the purchase a little sooner. More

All three of the staff at Wilde had a wonderful mix of professionalism and personality that I found very refreshing and my overall experience very satisfying. As a 23 year old college graduated, I needed a car I could depend on and fast. The website was easy to navigate for finding exactly what I had in mind: a 2001 Toyota Camry, almost like the 1997 I used t could depend on and fast. The website was easy to navigate for finding exactly what I had in mind: a 2001 Toyota Camry, almost like the 1997 I used to have before loosing it in a frightening accident caused by the glorious Wisconsin weather. I came out with my dad and was greeted immediately and helped right away. They knew I was looking at the used Camry, brought around the car and gave me the keys for a test drive. After checking out the car, Jamie got us a great deal and I was able to take it home that same day! I'm proud to have a car that drives smooth, up to date on wisconsin safely regulations, doesn't need major maintenance and new tie rods every month, doesn't have the "check engine" light always on, And has a good spare -- just in case (unlike the 1996 neon plymouth I drove for two years...) I've alway's trusted Toyota's and I can finally relax to have a Camry back in my life <3 More
