I was totally surprised by the expertise that Kevin Nelson showed me in my first visit to look for a used vehicle in almost 13 years. I found and purchased a used car the same day I looked for it and he made everything so easy to do and went over and above to help me get the deal that I did. He is professional, friendly and will do whatever is necessary to help you in your purchased of a car and there was no pressure to buy. I didn't mention this to Kevin, but I had stopped at another dealership first and they didn't seem interested in working with what I could afford and going out of their way to help. I noted this right away and knew that I would not be going back there for a second visit. Customer service is everything to me, especially when I see great customer service from someone and that someone was Kevin Nelson. I would definitely go back to him and will recommend him to anyone that I know who wants to purchase a vehicle or is thinking about that. The person that accompanied me to see Kevin couldn't believe the way he made my purchase and everything that I needed to get this done that day, so easy and seamless, even when I dropped my key down the sewer just before handing over my key to him. Jamie was very friendly and informative about the car I was looking at. I drove from Wausau WI to look at the car which is about three hours away from the dealership, and he made sure that the car was set was looking at. One of my worse experience there at Wilde Toyota. Loren was very unprofessional and overwhelmingly aggressive at the negotiating table. I'm sure Wilde is filled with great managers, but in my opinion, Lor was very unprofessional and overwhelmingly aggressive at the negotiating table. I'm sure Wilde is filled with great managers, but in my opinion, Loren was definitely not one of them. I truely sympathized for the salesman as I know he had no part or authority in the negotiation. There were many other competing dealerships in the area and I eventually found a much greater deal from one of the competitors. More

I drove from Illinois to Wilde Toyota; a distance of about 90 miles. Odd when one realizes there is a Toyota Lexus dealearship 1 mile from my home. I visited my local dealership 1 week ago. I spoke with a rep on the lot about the vehicle I was interested in. There were no pre-owned models on the lot. The rep directed me to a location behind the lot where everything looked like it 'had been rid hard and put away wet.' I never went back to the lot. I did some research using the internet and found Wilde Toyota. I checked the selection on their website and made a note of a couple of vehicles. There were a couple of other vehicles at other dealerships in the area. My wife and I took the dirive, conveniently located Wilde Toyota on 108th Street. As we pulled into the lot I saw a rep I would soon know as Rob Davis. I shouted "You the Toyota Man?" He responded with "I am!" I told him I was interested in an FJ Cruiser, "The brick colored one." He said he'd get the key. I drove the vehicle. The outcome is I'm now driving a brick colored FJ Cruiser. Thank you Rob, Thank you Wilde Toyota. A better place to shop! More

I found the perfect truck online for me and decided to come to the dealership to take a look. I was expecting to pickup the car on a Tuesday because it needed to go to the body shop to have the rear quart come to the dealership to take a look. I was expecting to pickup the car on a Tuesday because it needed to go to the body shop to have the rear quarter panel repaired. I was given a loaner car because of the inconvenience and was surprised because I didn't hae to ask it was offered. The truck had a check engine light come on and was intermittent for a couple weeks and I called up Phil and he told me to bring it in its probably a sensor and we'll take care of it. The part was replaced on a car sold as is and I was again given a loaner car for the repair. I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from Phil and I will definately be back when it's time to upgrade. He took care of my every step of the way with a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service. Thanks Phil!! More

In a time where many people are turning to used cars to stay within their budget, Kevin knows what will be a good fit, and he will find something that works for you!
