I have heard and read great things about Phil Lo, and wanted him to help me with my car purchase. I was at Wilde last night, purchasing my new RAV4 and Phil Lo was helping me. He was a huge help! Even though I still can't figure out how to pronounce Rob's last name correctly, I have dealt with him twice now within 6 months on my leasing vehicles for myself and my adult son. I was looking to buy a used Toyota for my son and Rob and I discussed the possibility of leasing a new vehicle for my son. Used cars we looked at had very high mileage and over time would nickel and dime us. The comfort level that I have with leasing a new vehicle for my son, going back and forth to college and work, has put me at ease. Rob knows his business, always professional, helpful and follow up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction has placed him and Wilde Toyota on the top of my list for references to my family, friends and co-workers. We really do love Wilde Toyota! First, Dino Baker has been very helpful in helping us select our last 3 Toyotas. I love that you don't need an appointment for oil changes, tire rotation, and routine maintenance. In all the time I have been bringing my cars there, I am always seen and my car serviced, in a timely manner. Even when I have been told it might be a bit longer wait, that has not been the case. Other dealships we have dealt with can schedule an oil change and then still have you spend 2 hours waiting for your oil change to be done. Wilde also offers frequent, convenient shuttle rides which have helped me out a time or two also. I feel this dealership offers professional service, fair pricing, and an overall outstanding experience for car owners. More

Robbie was amazing! I came looking for a Toyota Matrix to just test drive to see if I liked it better than the Honda Fit, and ended up buying it! He jumped through hoops to get us a good deal on our dream car. We we in a crunch for time and Jamie took it upon himself to see that we got out of there with our new car in as little time as possible. What shocked us the most....he actually called us to follow up. Most dealers are done when you leave the lot.
