My total experience with Wilde Toyota was very pleasant. Even after I purchased my vehicle I have continued to be impressed with the service from Wilde Toyota. My Brother purchased a vehicle there before I did and he experienced some problems with it. Wilde Toyota helped him not only fix the problem but reassured him that they would be there in the future if there were to be any other unexpected problems. Robbie was vey helpful. This was a car for my daughter. We drove 4 or 5 cars and kept Robbie hopping to get us the keys and the cars as quickly as we wanted them. Matt Molenda did a great job for me. He got me a hard to find Scion XB from a dealer on the East coast and then had all of my aftermarket parts installed flawlessly. The vehicle I purchased was not in the best shape for what I paid. The mud flap is torn in half and hanging off the truck, the front fender flair has six damaged clips, so it is very loosely attached. I what I paid. I had to ask several times just to get a shift knob and antennae replaced because they were missing. I did not even have proper air in the tires, there was an indicator on the dash on the whole time(during test drives from days earlier). I guess I expected a little more for 21,000. I didn't get any warranty information on my Toyota Certified Vehicle either. Should there have been something with my paperwork? I had a number of people help me there or at least that I talked too. Robbie Rouse was my salesman, and if not for his persistence and trying to make my purchase a little easier, I probably would not have purchased my vehicle from Wilde. More
My husband and I went to Wilde Toyota on Saturday, December 17th to look for minivans. Chris Meyer was our salesperson and was very helpful. He did not pressure us in any way and even let us take the van out for a test drive on our own. Anythng we said about the van that needed to be fixed before we bought it, he dealt with quickly. We only needed to ask once. I feel as though he was the one of the best salesman we have ever worked with. Mikhail from finance was also great. Our salesman Kevin Nelson was outstanding. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and was willing to take the time to listen to our concerns and provide good answers to our questions. I’d like to express my appreciation with the staff at Wilde Toyota. They were friendly & patient with my concerns of buying a used vehicle. I originally came in on the 15th & talked to Terry Dies Wilde Toyota. They were friendly & patient with my concerns of buying a used vehicle. I originally came in on the 15th & talked to Terry Dies, whom helped me navigate through the used car section for vehicles equipped with a manual transmission. He showed me the 2008 Scion XB & let me take it for a test drive. I was very pleased with how the car handled, but I wasn’t sold on it just yet. After researching the vehicle history & Scion in general, I came back the next day & was helped by Phil Lo, who was able to work with me on the vehicle on the account that Terry Dies was off that day. Phil was able to answer all my questions & concerns on the vehicle before I purchased it. He did an outstanding job making me feel comfortable with my purchase & I couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle itself. All issues I had concerning the vehicle has been addressed & will be taken care of at a later date. Phil was extremely experienced & knowledgeable of the vehicle. He made the vehicle purchase more enjoyable & less of a chore. I was later introduced to Mikhail Ageyev, who handled the finance portion of the sale & he was very friendly, professional & knowledgeable. He explained the financing & certified option packages that were available for the vehicle in great detail & made it easily understandable for me. My overall vehicle buying experience was awesome & I will definitely be coming back for future vehicle purchases. I will highly recommend anyone that is looking to buy a new or used vehicle to go to Wilde Toyota first & consult with Phil Lo or another sales rep if Phil is not available.
