Sales representative Tom Murray, and his manager Clay, assisted me in purchasing my very first Scion - an xB 9.0 Release Series wagon. I had done quite a bit of research online prior to narrowing my choic assisted me in purchasing my very first Scion - an xB 9.0 Release Series wagon. I had done quite a bit of research online prior to narrowing my choices down to two vehicles; the Scion was one of them. Tom could not have been more helpful during the no-pressure car-buying experience. The last vehicle I purchased was 10 years ago, so I wasn't looking forward to going through it again. Needless to say, it was a pleasant vs a painful encounter! Tom was easy to contact when I had additional questions; if we ran into an issue that required more research, Tom didn't hesitate to seek out additional resources. He was friendly, professional, and put me at ease. Tom remains available to answer and assist with a few additional questions since I purchased my Scion a week ago. We were interested in a 2011 Toyota Avalon; we wanted a car that would be comfortable on road trips and have all the bells and whistles - he took the time to explain all the new features (sometimes needing to explain it more than once). Bottom line - Tom sold us a 2011 Avalon. It didn't stop with the sale, on a recent visit to the Service Dept, Tom stopped by to say hello and chat. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience at Wilde and look forward to many happy road trips with our new Avalon. More

I visited the internet and determined Wilde Toyota had the largest selection of SUV type trucks I needed in my price range. I went to other lots (3) on the way and was frankly unimpressed. Upon arrival at the lot, Kevin Nelson greeted me in the lot as I pulled up and said he could help me with what I needed. He did. He listened and got me directly to a few trucks to choose from. The 2003 Nissan Xterra was the answer. I test drove it and we had to work the numbers. It was a respectful process and I got a price on my trade in that was more than fair. I was very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Wilde Toyota and especially Kevin Nelson to a family member, friend or stranger alike. Robbie was very friendly and straight forward and assisted us throughout the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a car. I heard about Wilde from a family friend who had purchased cars from them before. My mom, who lives out of town, did some searching on their website to see what was available and then contacted Wil purchased cars from them before. Mike called her back within 15 minutes or so and was able to answer all her questions. An appt was set up for my parents and I to come in. We were greeted at the door when we arrived and Mike came shortly afterwards. We were able to find a car we liked at a price we could afford and do all the paper work necessary to purchase it in one afternoon! Mike was knowledgable and very helpful. We were very satisfied with the whole experience:) We felt that Mike and the others we dealt with at the dealership really wanted to put me in a safe dependable car.
