We worked with Khamsy in May and had a great experience purchasing my wife's Murano. I had to trade in my other vehicle earlier than expected and came right back to Khamsy based on my first experience with purchasing my wife's Murano. Again, when I talked to him and told him what I was interested in, he had the vehicle waiting there for me to take a look at along with some other options. I ended up getting the vehicle that I wanted with little hassle. Wilde Toyota for us has been a great place to trade and purchase veficles. The only thing we did not do was purchase their extended warranty as we got better coverage and a better price going direct through an agency -- just be very careful when looking for extended warranties on your own. I did my research on pricing in advance, and Wilde was 'right there' in terms of the selling price, as well as the value of my trade-in. So 'haggling' on price was almost nonexistent. Additionally, maintenance items (new tires, brakes) were included proactively - I did not have to request them. Ray was an excellent 'ambassador' for the dealership, not just a salesperson. He provided peace of mind, not just a product. I would highly recommend both Ray, and Wilde Toyota. More
