Sales person we (my wife and I) worked with did not approach a sale just to sell us a car. We initially came in to look at one particular vehicle. We took it for a test drive and by the time we came ba approach a sale just to sell us a car. We initially came in to look at one particular vehicle. I would have given a higher rating although the dealer was a little distracted with other customers. One that was there and another on the phone. I was able to do a lot of the price negotiation in advance via email with Dan and his sales manager Loren which made the whole process a lot easier. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He never came across as the 'car salesman' type. The entire dealership experience at Wilde was great but Dan helped make it easier by simply being there to help and not pressuring. I would absolutely buy another car from Wilde in the future, I just don't know if I can wrangle Dan out of the truck department to sell us a car (dont expect to need a new truck for many years to come)? The whole process working with Matt was refreshing compared to other sales staff. Matt helped me find a car that I could afford without using tactics or being overly aggressive. I really felt that Matt was working hard to get me a realistic estimate of my monthly payments before going through the entire lengthly application process. He took into consideration what I said I wanted and needed in a car and was able to show me a car that is the best fit for me.
