I had a great experience while working with Kevin. About two weeks ago I was searching for a new car and had looked just about everywhere. I was about to give up the search for the time being but was driving past Wilde Toyota and thought, what the heck, lets looked just about everywhere. So I pulled in and right away Andrew Lerch was there to help me find the perfect car for me. Originially I had was looking for either a camry or a corolla. He did a great job of finding cars that fit my price range and most of my requirements. My dream car has been a Lexus RX 300, but I thought I would never be able to afford it. However, without even knowing this information, Andrew walked me over to a Lexus RX 300 because he thought it would be a great, reliable car for me. I could tell he really cared about what I wanted and was determined to find me the car I wanted and would be happy with. He did a perfect job and I LOVE my new car. I would buy a car from Andrew again in a heartbeat and will be going back to him when it is time for my husband to buy a car. He is friendly, charasmatic, and caring. Great job, Andrew! Ray was my primary contact/sales rep. He was helpful and pleasant to work with from the first message he left on my voice mail and persistently so through the entire process of the used car sale. The friendly atmosphere that was first created by Kevin from the time i got there, and which was continued by him through the process of dealing with the service department, the loan application process until the keys to my new vehicle were given to me was exceptional! His no hassle approach made the overall experience one that will be remembered when in is time to shop for another vehicle. Furthermore, he remembered me from ten years ago and that he helped my sister purchase a vehicle a week later! I couldnt believe it!
