Nihad was very personable. He had the car waiting for me to give it a test drive because I had scheduled a test drive earlier on the internet. The whole process went very smooth. He kept me updated throughout the day, and well before the workday ended he called to let me know it was working and I could pick the car back up on my way home. It would have been nice to have a hitch installed, but we realize the cost involved, we are sure we got the best deal we possibly could, and working on our final price was not the pain it was with some of our past vehicles. We will recommend your dealership and Nick to anyone! Driving in your lot is a little crazy at times, I would suggest having a designated parking area. More
