Shoot dang!! Guess what it got me. Frustration, anger, and the 'I don't even want a new car' feeling!! Last Friday was literally going to be my last search for a car, and I wasn't even going to try very hard. I pulled into Wilde Toyota and got out of the car. Immediately a man came towards me and asked if I was there to see someone? (he probably asked that because I was b-lining it to the building, on a mission ya know) I said, 'no one in particular, just wanting to seamy options in used cars'. 'Oh you parked on the new car side! We're so big that we split it up, you may drive over or if you don't mind walking I will take you over there', he said. When we got to the other side, he introduced me another salesman, Rob Davis. Immediately Rob began showing me vehicles that I said I'd preferred, starting from the lowest prices to high. I was so impressed by how organized the lot was and the amount of options I never knew were available!! No where else in the past 8 months were on par with Wilde. The following day, I met with Rob again to begin test driving. I instantly fell I love with a used Subaru!!!! I'll save you from my feelings of excitement and continue with my great experience. Rob was supposed to get off work at 4:30 and, needless to say, he stayed well after 6pm. All the while staying in an upbeat mood and ensuring me he didn't mind staying. I felt great and comfortable, pleased, and safe buying from Wilde and Rob. I have already and will continue recommending them both to anyone in need of a car! Thanks again, verrrry much! When we walked on to the lot, we had already done the research on cars.com, and knew the vehicle (1 of 7 vehicles at various dealers which we considered as "possibilities)we were looking for. It was easy research on cars.com, and knew the vehicle (1 of 7 vehicles at various dealers which we considered as "possibilities)we were looking for. It was easy to find, and after a few seconds of looking it over, Mr. Davis came to greet us. After we explained that we had interest in this specific vehicle, he immediately arranged for us to test drive, and came back with not only the keys, but a Carfax report -- on his own initiative. We returned - and he was very attentive, patient and exhibited a genuine understanding of our position. My financial situation is --- unique. We filled out the paperwork, which was handed over to Mr. Beck, and they both were very helpful in answering concerns, offering options and in general making what could have been arduous, much more pleasant. I listed the price as "Good" because "Very good" wasn't an option on your form. In doing our research, we found that the vehicle we chose was, in comparison to others on the market, indeed excellent. However, it is still over Blue Book price, and on principle, couldn't call it "Great." I'm just cheap :) I noted the overall experience as "Good," rather than "Great" because, really, let's be honest. Does anybody really, truly ENJOY this process? The paperwork, the waiting, etc? I mean these guys were obviously working hard to make it as painless as possible -- even the receptionist made us a fresh pot of coffee. So yes -- "Good." But if it weren't for professional, fine folks like the ones we worked with, car buying can be torture. More
