Neal was non-pushy but very helpful in identifying cars we had researched on line. He also went out of his way to try and locate the missing ignition key for the vehicle we wanted to drive. He allowed us to test drive several vehicles and then said they would pay for a new key to be made if necessary so that we could drive the car we were specifically interested in buying. (which he did, and we subsequently did on a second visit 2 days later.) He is still searching for the missing key and asked me to check back in with him this next week when I come out to the nearby place and have the hitch installed. He made phone arrangements for us to have a towing hitch installed on our new vehicle and took that cost factor into account in the final sales price that was quoted. We were quite plesed with him and with the dealership as a whole and would recommend him and the delaership it to others. Richard Whitaker More

The mandatory WI used vehicle inspection they perform on there used vehicles is a joke as the items they check as working were not. Brought car back for them to resolve and they left new scratches in paint which they have not fixed. Please...please....I'm trying to save others aggravation. We work to hard for our money and cars a not cheep. They may render you car buying experience a horrible experience. There are plenty of other dealers that just don’t rest on there laurels as being the Largest Toyota dealer in Wisconsin. How about not bragging about being the largest dealer but the best in customer service? This is what keeps them coming back. I hope this helps others. Thanks. More

Ok I have to admit it, Wilde wants to make you happy. They want a happy customer at the end of the day. Not one that leaves upset or regrets their decision. Zak and Loren work with the new trucks and I will be honest, they were fantastic to work with! I told Zak from the get go - no games. And that is exactly how he treated me, with honesty and respect. Loren was great at making our deal happen the way we wanted it. Amy in finance wound up helping to change this opinion from one of an unhappy finance experience to one that changed my perspective of this entire dealership. There was only one person in finance I would never deal with again, he will remain anonymous at this time. The high pressure sale to buy an extended warranty is my only complaint. I think that if Toyota is as great a product as they state, we will be fine with the one that comes with it. In the end, we have a great truck and I am again a happy customer. The salesperson was excellent,and very informative. The pressure to buy the maintenance package was too much. It was almost to the point that I questioned my choice to buy a Toyota,as I should be expecting pressure to buy the maintenance package was too much. I owned a 99 Chev. for 11 years and had few problems just minor maintenance. The only reason I looked at the Toyota was my close friend has one and was real pleased with the performance,and the price was about right for me. I liked this dealership because the staff I worked with were not pushy or aggessive. They fixed some minor problems the vehicle had. Everyone was friendly. I had an excellent experience purchasing a Toyota Highlander at Wilde Toyota in December 2008. Based on all of the research I did, the price was outstanding. I've taken the vehicle back for service Highlander at Wilde Toyota in December 2008. Based on all of the research I did, the price was outstanding. I've taken the vehicle back for service every 5000 miles and have been treated well every time. I just completed the 30,000 mile maintenance and received service that went above and beyond what I expected. Because of the recall on the Highlander, I had to replace the all weather mats with new mats designed by Toyota. I noticed the new mats were not as effective in containing the snow and salt and reported this to Wilde Toyota on my recent visit. They were selling a different style of mat at the dealer that was slightly similar to the ones I had replaced and I was at first told that I could purchase these mats for $80. I mentioned that this didn't seem fair since the added expense for suitable mats would really be due to the recall, and I had already paid for quality all weather mats at the time I originally bought the vehicle. I worked with Clayton Parulski who generously agreed to provide the new mats to me at no additional expense. He was completely professional and understanding, and this has been my experience with Wilde Toyota from the time I first purchased the vehicle two years ago. Excellent dealer and I highly recommend working with them. More
Jim was great to work with, very helpful and friendly. I called about a truck I found on autotrader.com, and Jim promptly returned my call to discuss the vehicle with me. I think I got a decent price, would have liked it a little lower or a few extra options thrown in, but it was the exact truck I wanted, so in the end I considered the deal fair enough. As far as Wilde Toyota apart from Jim goes, they were also friendly and helpful, but after I had already spent 6+ hours in the dealership and already cut a check for the contract, they were still trying to sell me options and maintenance and protection plans. They were not pushy or rude, I was just ready to leave with my new truck at that point. This part of the experience did not involve Jim, however. Overall I'd say Wilde Toyota was good. More
