Prompt response with a phone call after we contacted via email after seeing the car online. Available immediately when we called re: if the car was still available a week later. Did not feel like we were dealing with someone who was just out to make a sale. He was open to any questions, got us our answers, followed up on a low tire - found a nail in the tire. He had it plugged and refilled. Felt he was open and honest with facts about the car. Worked to meet our $$$ limit. Have purchased 5 vehicles in the past 7 years...I would rate this the best transaction. I am the mother of the 20 year old young woman who was purchasing her first car on her own. This had to be my lucky day, I hate being hasseled by sales guys but I did not feel like that at all. My best friend Dina had told me to come and see Rob davis at Wilde Toyota. I showed up to just come to possiablly get a new car. Kevin sold us a car (SUV) last year and was very impressed with his manner. Let us know he was there, but didn't bother us until we were ready. I had discovered from my regular Mechanic that we had a problem with the cars computer. Toyota had issued an extended warranty on cars with this problem. Generally, in the past, my experience with other de problem with the cars computer. Toyota had issued an extended warranty on cars with this problem. Generally, in the past, my experience with other dealers has been that Warranty problems are not dealt with as strenuously as service problems because they do not generate as much money. Our experience was the total opposite. Everyone went out of their way to make sure the service was done promptly and efficiently. I will gladly recommend your dealership. More
