Basilio was great to work with, explained everything in terms I could understand and told me the repairs he recommends I address first. I also appreciate that he provided a Lyft ride when I wasn’t able to terms I could understand and told me the repairs he recommends I address first. The one area for improvement is the shuttle driver had on talk radio on a pro-Trump station, which in these politically divisive times can be seen as offensive. It’s best to keep politics out of the workplace and particularly with customers. The driver was nice, drive safely and was efficient; that was my only suggested area for improvement. More
