Car was promised to be finished with this diagnostic work up by or before 5pm. Service person I was working with called me at 4:06pm I missed the call unfortunately and called back at 4:40pm. I went straight to his voice mail and he left before 5pm as he did not return my call. I called again and spoke to another service individual which did not know anything about my car as the original service person never wrote any of the mechanics findings into the computer. Normally when you pay 187$ a mechanic checks everything out, writes notes and speaks with the customer service rep who then writes everything up and logs it into the computer so if you come early or late its ready and there for you. My customer service rep did not write anything down before he left work. On the phone message all he said was "call me back". As i spoke to the 2nd rep he was not confident because nothing was written down and when i came in close to 8pm nothing was written up yet. I know this because I asked the cashier if I could pay and she said nothing was ready and I could not. I was upset at this point as it was promised to be done by 5pm based on my paperwork. The cashier told me "the manager is typing furiously to try and get it ready". Okay so a person who didn't talk to the mechanic is working off scrap notes to put together an estimate and list of problems that need addressing with my car. As well as he is doing it in a rushed fashion. How is this worth the money I spent? The manager did not even offer to go over the notes or estimate with me either which was rude. TLDR: Service is sub par. Paying 187$ and not having anything explained is very dismal. More

After selection we met with the finance dept to discuss financing and service packages and felt very mislead in the process. We were told by a Manager that our package would include oil changes and tire rotations among other computerized services. That was not the case when bringing our car in for service. When seeking further guidance on the service package, the finance rep abruptly hung up instead of providing clarification to a question. Also, the service center experience has not been great either when bringing the car in for oil changes and rotations. Even when making appointments there have been long waits and on one occasion a communication gaffe where our car was not worked on at all despite waiting in the lobby for almost two hours. Having also purchased a vehicle on the other side of town at Andrew Toyota, we have seen what supreme customer service looks like and the value a dealership can bring throughout the buying and service process. In our opinion that is lacking at Wilde Toyota. While they insist on asking for 5 star ratings on follow up surveys, they should be asking instead how they can improve on customer satisfaction after the selection process. More

Speaking of prices, as we looked for cars Wilde had by far the best prices on similar vehicles which limited the amount of negotiating we felt the need to do. In addition, we were treated very well throughout the purchase process, couldn't have asked for more. More

TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!! DON'T buy or lease from Wilde. My wife and I mistakenly turned our vehicle lease in early. That was our fault. We are being charged $2400 for this. Two important factors though: the dealership told us at the service desk, that our lease was due in 2015 not 2016-- this occurred at my wife's last oil change which is documented in their system. Whichever young lady worked the desk that day told my wife this--yet Terry S the manager insinuates my wife is basically lying. Convenient. Also, I called on a separate occasion and the gentleman I spoke to concurred that our lease was due in 2015 not 2016. Several calls to JOE ZANELLA the GM (insert laugh here) never were returned. Go figure. And Terry S was the rudest manager and most condescending person I've ever worked with. Several calls into him were scarcely returned. Listen, I've worked in sales for 15 years and would never treat my clients this way. I'm not asking for them to pay $2400 since this was hugely our fault for not checking the paperwork. However take some responsibility. Conveniently they cannot locate my recorded call. Go figure. FUTURE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS... PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
