I believe it was John Milczarski that first approached me when i came into the dealer for the first time last year. He was always informative and thorough with the questions i asked and very professional. I was always psyched about coming to this service drive, drinking that delicious coffee, and driving out of the place with a fresh oil change in no more than 45 minutes. Once i was ready to put down a wad of cash to fix engine leaks, I made an appointment online and later spoke with Charles Brockmeyer about what i needed done, which was basically, degrease engine and replace seals and gaskets until the engine looked brand new. The job was done within 24 hours and the engine even smells brand new, sounds more compacted, overall the mechanics did a great job and I am completely satisfied, no leaks :)... I was just able to pay for it thanks to Mike Greco for allowing a small discount. The Rolla still burns oil but thats the piston rings, which ill get to that myself eventually. But thank you all at Toyota for being like the best dealer in town. oh and your on hwy 100, which makes it better ;) More

From a service standpoint, Chuck did everything to the letter.and exceeded my expectations (after a being extremely dissatisfied with other parties at the dealership from a poor follow up to the car purch letter.and exceeded my expectations (after a being extremely dissatisfied with other parties at the dealership from a poor follow up to the car purchase). Dawn is a wonderful cashier - friendly, personable, and professional. Her sense of humor and efficient handling of the paperwork make it a pleasure to pay the bill - if that is possible! I came into the dealership for an oil change a few weeks ago. It was a Saturday and the place was packed. I had to catch up on some work, so I was happy that I had a desk to set up my laptop and connect to ago. It was a Saturday and the place was packed. I had to catch up on some work, so I was happy that I had a desk to set up my laptop and connect to the internet. At one point I needed a break, so I went and spoke with Dawn to check and see if the car was done. She greeted me with a smile and a pleasant hello. Dawn quickly checked on the car, didn’t find the paperwork, and asked me to check back in a few minutes. I came back about 10 minutes later and she said they were a little backed up doing the oil changes but were running it through the car wash now, and that the service advisor would be in shortly. The service guy came in and reviewed the inspection paperwork with me. I paid the bill and Dawn walked me out to help me find my car, and thanked me for coming – as the driver was bringing my Camry around the corner. Thanks for the help Dawn. More

Having my car repaired is not in the top ten list of wonderful things to do, but Dawn Rosewitz made it almost pleasant to write out my check. I came into the dealership on a very busy Saturday afternoon, March 9th. I was greeted by service advisor Jonathan Regalado within a few minutes, who greeted me with a smile and asked how could he hel afternoon, March 9th. I only came in for a burnt out headlight bulb and was told that it would be about 35 minutes, which I thought would be fine considering how busy it was. Much to my surprise, I was done in less than a half hour! The cashier that took care of me was Dawn Rosewitz. Like Jonathan, Dawn greeted me with a warm friendly smile, made sure I had all the correct paperwork, correct car, keys, etc, and even she showed me where my car had been parked. Dawn went above and beyond my expectations of a cashier, making a perfect ending to a quick and pleasant visit to the dealership. It was nice to see that Dawn was acting like she was stressed out from a busy afternoon, frowning, or not wanting to be at work. Dawn was very nice and seemed very happy to help! More
