Megan with internet sales informed right away that the car was sold, however, an alternative had just been traded in and I was more than welcome to check it out if I was still interested. I came in at the end of the night and was greeted by Marissa, the internet sales manger, who introduced me to the best sales girl ever. Tiffany! Everyone knew I was coming and were ready to talk when I arrived. Though the trade-in value on my car was lower than expected, everyone treated me with respect and were understanding to my feelings on its value. I had even found a similar vehicle at a different dealer for less money when, Trip, the sales manager, looked it up and said he could not match that price, but would still like my business. I really appreciated their honesty and not being defensive in the least that I was an informed consumer. Though I have not purchased a car yet, I hope I can work with Tiffany when I do as she is so warm and friendly to speak with...when I do buy a car it WILL be from her!!! Overall a good experience, and I hope it will be the start of many more good experiences with both sales and service!!! Thanks! More

A wonderful car buying experience I went into The Wilkie Lexus dealership about 3 weeks ago. I saw a Lexus on the internet that caught my eye. A 2013 Lexus GS350 (black with peanut but I went into The Wilkie Lexus dealership about 3 weeks ago. I saw a Lexus on the internet that caught my eye. A 2013 Lexus GS350 (black with peanut butter colored leather interior with only 28,000 one owner miles. I was only "looking" with no intent on buying a car. I was greeted by sales woman Tiffany Davis, who answered all of my questions regarding Lexuses in a no pressure environment. She asked if I wanted to test drive the Lexus that I saw and I did with no pressure. Needless to say I was blown away with the car and its amenities. After the test drive I wondered if I could truly afford this car. Tiffany surprised me with a number that was better than I ever expected! I truly see why Wilkie Lexus is #1 because of sales people like Tiffany Davis. She made buying a Lexus a wonderful experience. More

Trung Tran is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He returned the calls and e mail timely. Answers to my all questions and overall very courteous. He took his time to explain the features of car. Trung gets the highest marks from me for his customer service skills. Only visited the dealer twice but It was a pleasant experience and I am recommending to my family and friends. More

If we didn't have to be home that night at a specific time, we probably would have purchased the car. And it would have been what we wanted and at the price we wanted. They have a huge inventory. The area is a little too congested for me, but Lexus is so reliable, I would only have to go once a year or maybe twice. I still might get my car serviced there. Good job guys! (and gals) More

Recall Service Appointment Update: Service Director emailed after recieving complaint. Offered to put me on waiting liist for recall part. They will call when part arrives Although this should have happened before I took a day off of work and drove to the dealership. I'll continue to update. To whom it concerns: Please allow me to express fustration at trying to remedy a safety notice recall for a passenger Airbag Inflater for my 2004 Lexus SC430. On 8/12/2015 I made a appointment at Wilkie Lexus of Havertown. While courteous, the service manage indicated that he did not have the parts and they are back ordered by at least two weeks. even though I made my appointment 8/12 (weeks ago) indicating "Front passenger airbag inflated module" as the reason for the service visit. Further, the service manager did not provide a future appointment or offer to contact me when the parts were available. If the service recall is a serious as indicated by the Recall Notice, the parts should have been available for the appointment, or if the parts were not available I should have been rescheduled for a future appointment, before my service date. I feel that this is a serious issue, however not having the parts for a recall is reflective of the service center and Lexus not taking the Recall Notice seriously and thus placing my family at risk.
