The only thing I can say is they have been fine so far. I knew what price they had to be at before going there and they were close enough for me to sign the deal instead of wasting more time. The sales rep and sales manager were nice and professional so that is about all you can ask for when buying a car. There was no tricky sales tactics or questions you may find in a car selling/buying situation. The car was washed but not detailed which is something that was done on my previous car purchases at other dealers. However, it was not a major issue. As for the service department, the mechanics went on strike a few days after I took delivery of the car. I currently have a problem I would like them to evaluate but cannot do anything until the strike is over. More
