My family wanted to upgrade from our pop-up (that we bought at Wilkins) to a travel trailer. Nate was happy to show us the options we had, given our budget, and we found one we liked. A week later, we were driving the new rig home. I was given a full and comprehensive "this is how it works" tour by Randy, who was knowledgeable and helpful, so I knew how everything should work. Whether I will remember it all is another story. The only caution I will give is do your homework and know what your trade will sell for. Like many car dealers, the object is to give you as little as possible for your trade while maximizing the price on the new trailer. You may need to work to get a fair and reasonable deal. More

Great product & dealer I had looked at the Newmar product back in 2006 when I purchased my Itasca (wanted the smaller RV and the diesel engine) but after 9 years went back t I had looked at the Newmar product back in 2006 when I purchased my Itasca (wanted the smaller RV and the diesel engine) but after 9 years went back to Wilkins RV for a visit and to see a used 2013 2901, was happy to see the Bay Star line had been upgraded from an introductory line to more of a mid level gas coach. Was happy with layout and the quality of Newmar was evident. Mike was pleasant to work with. Although I have high expectations, both Mike and the staff at Wilkins were professional and helpful. The only miscommunication was lighting in the coach, I was led to believe it was LED but in fact it is halogen, I will need to change the out. I certainly would refer, and have referred others to both Wilkins and the Newmar line. I only knew about Wilkins thru friends Rick and Sue who still have and enjoy their coach from 2002. Looking forward to many wonderful memories in our new RV. More
