Wilkins RV staff are as professional a group of people as I have seen in any one place. I saw a pop up online that I was very interested in, requested a price and was called the next morning. Tammy Schirmer was very helpful and informative. A week later we went to see the unit and again the experience in the dealership was a joyful one. 8 days later I took delivery and I was amazed by the process. I was shown EVERYTHING about the unit, it's operation, and maintenance procedures. I was told people come from great distances to purchase product from Wilkins and now I truly understand why. Tammy, Mike, Rick, Steve, Dave, Sarah, Eric, and Hannah, thank you so much for making me feel like I was the only person on the planet. None of the staff at Wilkins administered pressure of any type to try to close a sale, which was refreshing. Jeff, our salesman, was knowledgeable and personable. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable with the whole process. Steve, took his time, showing us around our new "baby". Again, very knowledgeable and patient. He seemed to have all the answers for our numerous questions. Eric in finance made the process easy and painless, explaining every piece of the financial packet. The ladies in customer service were so friendly and got us quickly through all the steps. We will go back to Wilkins in Bath, any day of the week, and twice on Sunday to do business with the caliber of staff at Wilkins.
