Got me exactly what I wanted and worked in my behalf for an Explorer VAN “Custom Express 2500” Including adding 4 X 4, sooo necessary in the north Got me exactly what I wanted and worked in my behalf for an Explorer VAN “Custom Express 2500” Including adding 4 X 4, sooo necessary in the northern snow belt. I can now tow heavy loads in comfort without having to have a pickup truck. Don’t need a truck “cap” and sits lower to crawl in and out of (easier on the knees). So far very happy, thanks Phil More

My transmission went out on May 1 st, I live in Grand Rapids but was in Traverse City for a day trip. I had my car towed to Williams, and the got my repair done under the warranty.
