That is a very deceiving, automated response. Williams does anything BUT build relations on transparency and full disclosure. Also, I would expect the final proposal to be accurate and have full disclosure, otherwise, that is how you get lawsuit brought against you. Its the process up to the final proposal that is terrible here. I am really not sure how your new car manger is able to sell anything, he is a weasel.

The complaint of possible suspension issues in less than 30 days ended up being cracked rotors which results in a full brake job for nearly $1500 at your service Dept. Ran me $300 in car rental waiting for your service Dept to even assess my issue. A local repair shop quoted me half what I was quoted with you. Sales manager claims brakes passed inspection before it was put on lot. So my putting less than 1,000 miles on the car destroyed the brakes? I don’t think so. Tried getting out of the car and into something else at Williams and was offered $4,000 less than what I owe on it.
