Overall a very smooth transaction. I found a truck I was interested in (used 2017 Ram 1500 Sport) through one of the online search engines. I contacted the dealer through the third party site. The next morning Skylar had emailed me and then began to text to answer any questions I had. He was helpful, but not pushy. Later that day the price dropped and Skylar contacted me the next morning to see if I had purchased another truck I was looking at. We talked a bit that day and decided to touch base again on Monday. I live 7+ hours away from the dealership. Skyler assisted in getting me the info I needed for my credit union to process the loan. Once they knew I was serious, they agreed to hold the truck until I could arrive. Everything about the truck was as it had been described. Skyler answered any questions I had. We had a few minor hiccups while completing paperwork, but overall it wasn't a big deal. During some downtime, they even assisted me in getting my rental car dropped off. I could not find the vehicle I did, in the condition I did, and at the price anywhere else. I did find some that were close but their history was questionable. I would not hesitate to make the trip in the future for another purchase. More

Rude sales staff I visited the Williams Chevrolet dealership on Saturday, April 1 after checking their hours on google, which stated they were open until 5pm. When I arrived at 4:30, I was greeted with 2 sales persons who were very short with me, informing me that they were closed and there was no finance personnel available and oh, they hadn't gotten around to changing the hours on the door or on their google search. I promptly left, went on down to the Ford dealership, which was also closed. However, the person who was still on the lot couldn't have been more welcoming. In spite of the fact that her resources were limited because they were closed, she went inside and retrieved a salesman's business card for me call on Monday. Thank you Williams Chevrolet for narrowing down my Vehicle choice to Dodge and Ford. More

Feel as if I was lied to about the whole entire car after the fact of us taking possession, from little things as it took hours of cleaning and it was still an absolute disaster and disgusting as I found the previous owners mail and Bank information left in car. Two they were fixing this and they were fixing that when after I took possession of the car and none of it has been fixed. Oil was thick and black as if it hasn't been changed in well over a year or longer. (no wonder the engine is blown) then if that wasn't enough I made a review on their Facebook page and was contacted immediately as they were going to help and wanted to. I couldn't believe it but it would have helped out tremendously. Get me to take my car to a local dealer to have it diagnosed and got a loaner vehicle for about a week. Once they found out it was the engine they no longer wanted to help us out. And now I'm stuck with a junk piece of crap car and a large payoff. I've had a few different people tell me that this car should have went to auction and not even put on the lot. My husband has bought a few cars from them and my father-in-law has bought brand new vehicles from them for his company. At this time I can't say that we would ever go back and that it would take a miracle if they were honestly ready and willing to help us with this matter.. best part the following weekend I went out with a couple friends started talking to a couple people out back of a Tavern and it was there very own employees there two men were driving there boss around as he was having some adult beverages. I mentioned I bought a car through them and I was very unhappy they ask who I talk to told them a first name and they knew the last and who he was, started laughing and said to never buy a used car from Williams they only make them look pretty sell junk. If they are used, and reassure me that I would not be getting any help from Williams because that's how they are.. hearing that from their own employees made it really reassuring that I made the right choice about buying a vehicle from them. I wish things could have turned out differently, for me and my family as now we struggle with what we need to do with this suburban... More
