The personnel are professional and helpful. The wait was ridiculously long. After 3 hours I found out that my tire wasn’t in stock and that I would have to return. Took over 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Was not the best experience being first time customer. Also the price for the service sent on the confirmation email was completely wrong a rotation. Was not the best experience being first time customer.
