Horrible service department, kept my truck for 6 weeks, then went to pick it up and nothing was fixed the check engine light was still on, to top it off they cracked my windshield. Then they kept it for an then went to pick it up and nothing was fixed the check engine light was still on, to top it off they cracked my windshield. Then they kept it for another week and a half, then I picked it up again and they lost my wheel lock and said they use a master set….. then when I got home the check engine light turned on again. So what was really done to my truck…. NOTHING just a waste of my time going back and forth to the dealer and not having my truck when I needed it for work. Terrible service department and none of the “Advisors” seem like they even want to be there to work and help the customer. I’m not content having to take it back…. More
I left my car for a week for a check in light and a noise , I did it because guaranteed still covered. My car was parked for a week and nobody saw it, when I called on Friday to see what’s going on, they tol , I did it because guaranteed still covered. My car was parked for a week and nobody saw it, when I called on Friday to see what’s going on, they told me they didn’t had a diagnosis and it needs to be seen by their mechanic. I explained them it’s been a week. They told me a couple of hours later that my car was fixed, with a big bill and explanation what’s supposed to be the problem and told me everything was fixed. I picked it up close to 6 pm . By 7 pm my car start doing the sabe noise and check in light is back, I called back next business day, they told me to bring in it, I went back but there is one thing I don’t tolerate is rudeness and lack of costumer service. I ended up leaving and took it to another place where it got fixed for 800$. I didn’t mind pay extra for a safe car and a safe drive . More

I personally do not work with, nor support One Price Dealers. They all seem to use the fictitious “market based pricing” to pad the deal and not truly indicative of the local market when all factors me Dealers. The internet sales department initially offered they supported this concept and we ceased business. They later reached out and suggested we had a misunderstanding and they accepted fault, which was likely on both parts. Employee was pleasant, open to my question about their pricing, and we part ways quickly. It should be noted that the person contacted was NOT the persons that contracted me back however. Shame since I picked someone specifically based upon my personal preference. I also have family that was in the business for 40+ years and did so based upon my past experiences. I am however glad to have emailed back and forth with Davie Choy as he was somewhat transparent but failed to offer whom was providing him with offer within the dealership. More
