The Dealership had my vehicle for more then a week without communicating with me about what was going on with my truck. I finally called after a week and a half and was told it would be ready the next without communicating with me about what was going on with my truck. I finally called after a week and a half and was told it would be ready the next day. That was not the case. Two weeks later I finally recieved an update and was sent a text message that the vehicle was ready. When I arrived at the dealership I waited an hour for the vehicle to get washed. The advisors are very nice but need to do a better job with communication. Also when a customer is called to pick up the vehicle it should be washed and ready to go to lesson wait time when picking up. More
