Lack of communication, I requested a loaner for the time my car was there(almost a month) and by the time I got to the dealer-same day- there was no loaner available, I was driven to the closest Enterprise my car was there(almost a month) and by the time I got to the dealer-same day- there was no loaner available, I was driven to the closest Enterprise Car Rental and got a downgrade vehicle.
