New SUV purchased, taken in for damages on tailgate roof, peeling paint on both rear doors interior bottom and non functioning navigation. Service writer Yair Garrido, Sales person Robert Garcia, and GM Benny Ledesma all aware of the matter and cared not to have the vehicle properly repaired. I have taken the liberty to escalate the issue with GM Cadillac Customer Care. More

The financial officer, Mr. Cesar Rojas, was also very helpful, knowledgeable. Explaining all of the details of the purchase & warranties. I was very impressed with the excellent professional, customer service that I received at Williamson Cadillac. So much so, that I referred a friend the next day.
