My service advisor, Mike Valladares was really friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! The coffee and snacks offered in the waiting lounge is great when waiting for a service. The guys from the Loaner D knowledgeable, and very helpful! The coffee and snacks offered in the waiting lounge is great when waiting for a service. I was the first appointment of the day (on a weekday). An oil change should not take over two hours. Furthermore, you didn’t wash my truck because it would have taken even longer.
