I was not pleased with the overall mechanical repairs on my car.I had to take my car to the dealership on numerous occasions to have the repairs done correctly.It was careless and unprofessional job perform my car.I had to take my car to the dealership on numerous occasions to have the repairs done correctly.It was careless and unprofessional job performance.It was frustrating because I had to schedule my work because of incompetent individuals who do not have any consideration for customers.I believe that one of the major repairs done was because they don’t actually take the time to check the fluids on your car when you have an oil change done.That’s just my strong opinion.I like to be in and out and my waiting time to be short but sometimes I’ve often wondered.I’m thankful that I have the extended warranty because I would not have been able to afford the major repairs needed to my car.This is surely a black eye to Williamson Cadillac as I personally will be looking elsewhere for my car services More

Horrible service department, kept my truck for 6 weeks, then went to pick it up and nothing was fixed the check engine light was still on, to top it off they cracked my windshield. Then they kept it for an then went to pick it up and nothing was fixed the check engine light was still on, to top it off they cracked my windshield. Then they kept it for another week and a half, then I picked it up again and they lost my wheel lock and said they use a master set….. then when I got home the check engine light turned on again. So what was really done to my truck…. NOTHING just a waste of my time going back and forth to the dealer and not having my truck when I needed it for work. Terrible service department and none of the “Advisors” seem like they even want to be there to work and help the customer. I’m not content having to take it back…. More

I left my car for a week for a check in light and a noise , I did it because guaranteed still covered. My car was parked for a week and nobody saw it, when I called on Friday to see what’s going on, they tol , I did it because guaranteed still covered. My car was parked for a week and nobody saw it, when I called on Friday to see what’s going on, they told me they didn’t had a diagnosis and it needs to be seen by their mechanic. I explained them it’s been a week. They told me a couple of hours later that my car was fixed, with a big bill and explanation what’s supposed to be the problem and told me everything was fixed. I picked it up close to 6 pm . By 7 pm my car start doing the sabe noise and check in light is back, I called back next business day, they told me to bring in it, I went back but there is one thing I don’t tolerate is rudeness and lack of costumer service. I ended up leaving and took it to another place where it got fixed for 800$. I didn’t mind pay extra for a safe car and a safe drive . More
