The service department is top-notch. The advisers are great and really do look out for your best interests. The porters care for your vehicle, but transportation needs some improvement. I was told numerous times there was Enterprise on site. There is not I was dropped off at Enterprise a couple blocks away and was told they would pick me up when my car was ready. I was called told my car was ready, went to pick it up, dropped off the rental, and called for a pickup. I was not so politely told by transportation that they don't pick up at Enterprise that I would have to find another way to get there. My service advisor Mike, got one of the other guys to come by and get me. More
