The vehicle I purchased was falsely advertised to include features that were not actually equipped. The salesman could hardly answer questions about the vehicle. This dealer sold me a new car with a broken OnStar system. Trying to make an appointment to get it fixed but it’s difficult to reach the service representative. In addition, I was told that I would have to leave the car at the dealer for over a week due to a shortage of mechanics who can work on the Cadillac Lyriq. I’m very disappointed. I bought an Lyriq/electric-car to avoid maintenance and to save time and avoid the hassle of dealing with mechanical problems. This is frustrating. More
