I’ve been with Williamson Cadillac since 2017. I’m on my 3rd lease. For this last service, I requested the compline transportation, thinking it would be less complicated. But I was disappointed I’m on my 3rd lease. For this last service, I requested the compline transportation, thinking it would be less complicated. But I was disappointed when I called to find out if my car was ready for pick up and, after requesting to be picked up at a specific time, the driver didn’t receive the request and I had to wait close to an hour. Luckily I was able to get to my kids’ school in time, also, once I paid, it took over 15 mins for the car to be brought out. Not the customary service.thank you More
