When my car was ready from an oil change and a problem with the driver seat, Alicea called me and left a message. I called her back she did not responded, I left a message.'Thank you mentioned that the te with the driver seat, Alicea called me and left a message. I called her back she did not responded, I left a message.'Thank you mentioned that the technician saw the tires on one side thread was low. I left a voicemail message pluss I sent her a text. 'If my car needs an alignment, please advise me the cost if not I will pick up around 3:00pm. Never received a call back. When to pick up the car and I saw her she said go and pay and get your car. I paid and walked outside to pickup the car, advised the gentleman outside and showed the paid bill. He called by radio. I had to wait 30 minutes yes 30 minutes to get my car. Then Alicea called me 'Sorry I just saw your text you need to do an alignment. I said to her I sent you the text at 10:00 am and now after I returned the leased car and I am waiting to pickup the car you tell me I need an alignment. I got my car and left. I have always had an excellent service experience there for more than 20 years . I don't know what is happening but someone is not doing their job properly. I give you all this information as I was a business owner and I would appreciate if there is a problem for someone to tell. Hope next time, you have resolved those issues. More
