Michael Zartman was our salesman and he made our experience the best we have ever had when buying a car. That is many years as I am 51 years old. After I contacted him about being interested in a new car, he spent several months texting back and forth with me to let me know what was available and letting me know he was eager to help me when I was ready. He was not pushy like I have experienced in the past and very patient on waiting on me to make up my mind to buy a car or not. I never felt like he was only out to sale a car for a profit. He was truely helpful to me without pushing me. When I was finally ready to come in, I asked him if he could give me an idea of what I would be spending with what I was looking for. I did not expect him to say yes because never in the past has a car salesman been willing to do the leg work without me standing in front of them. He searched and came back with what he could do for me within an hour, still not having met me yet. I was so impressed, I did not even look at any other dealerships, I already trusted him without having met him. This dealership is lucky to have him. He sold me a 2014 Sonata. I am beyond happy with my car and even more happy with the price I paid for it. Even after going home with my new car, Michael has been in contact with me to make sure I'm happy and has answered every text I have sent him since buying the car. We have owned 3 previous hyundais. Ryan made this the best purchase experience ever. He is nice, patient and very detail oriented. He took his time in making sure we had the right car.
