Bobby is an excellent member of the sales team. Knowledgeable and friendly, while remaining low-pressure. I bought my last brand new vehicle from this dealership as well in 2013 and had the vehicle for 9 years/132k miles. Sales team was great, service department was great for the routine maintenance, and I never had any issues with the car. Their warranties are pretty amazing, which is surprising until you realize how reliable their vehicles are ;) We've decided to get all our future vehicles specifically from Wilson county Hyundai. My car was held from October 30 until December 8 to complete 4 recalls. When I attempted to make inquiries it was very difficult to even get through to anyone and when I did I was given conflicting exc complete 4 recalls. I would list all the excuses but that would make for a long review. I even tried calling the corporate customer service number and received essentially the same treatment. Hyundai could care less about their customers! This is the first and last Hyundai I will ever own! P.S. I would sell it but my conscience just won’t allow me to dump it on someone else. More
