I traded my car in and bought a new Hyundai from Wilson County Hyundai in Lebanon, TN. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. I know I got a good deal and was in and out in 2 hours. Sales Manager, Louis Brenkman made it easy and pleasant. Sales Consultant, Dylan Coleman knew everything about the car, and explained it’s technological features. Business Manager, Tom Harmon also made the paperwork quick and simple. I bought a lot of cars over the years, but this was my first time dealing with family owned Wilson County Hyundai. Parts department amazing. Sales decent, service poorly staffed been dealing with service repair issue for more then 6 months and it's warranty work. Service department is not equipped to service vehicles they sell. They don't follow up with customer or return calls when they say they will. More
