Always a satisfied customer I have dealt with Wilson County Hyundai since 2009. I have purchased several cars from them and have always been satisfied with the deal and the serv I have dealt with Wilson County Hyundai since 2009. I have purchased several cars from them and have always been satisfied with the deal and the service. My most recent was due to a wreck totaling my car. I worked with Rob Crockett to find a replacement that meets my needs as well as stayed within my budget. Rob worked with me to find the right vehicle without trying to push a certain one on me. He took the time to make sure I was happy with my decision. Also Wayne Fielder is always accommodating in making you aware of extras you might be interested without acting like he is forcing you to make decisions. In all my dealings they have always made me feel more like family instead of just a customer. I would also be remiss in not mentioning Jenny who works in the back office now but was at one time the receptionist and from the first time I walked in she has always been professional and courteous making you feel you are the only customer. She still makes it a point to speak with me when I am in for servicing my vehicles. More
