I truly feel like they want you to be happy with your purchase, and even though I generally shop for vehicles that would be considered in the lower price range, I never felt I was pressured into a more expensive purchase. Rob Crockett is by far the best car salesman I have ever met, no pressure, no upselling, I say what I want and that's always been what he showed me, never tried to sell me anything other than what I specifically asked for. In fact, my most recent purchase was actually less expensive than the car I was initially interested in, and there was no attempt to talk me into the higher priced car, had I been anywhere else, I do not think that would have been the case.
