And not once did he act as if I was keeping him from something more important or that he was exasperated by my requests (I was ready to smack myself!) But he was nothing but extremely friendly and professional beyond my expectations. I was happy to buy from him in the end and I even had another deal from a dealership in SLC for a newer Rogue that was the exact same as what I bought from Jake for not a whole lot more but because of his time, effort and personal touch I felt that I really wanted to stay with him because I wasn't getting anything like that from the salesman from SLC...it was obvious that he was just trying to make a safe to me. I will be referring friends and family to Jake and this dealership for a very long time! I also appreciate the help that Kaden gave me by educating me on the warranties available and helping me decide what best suited my situation. Salesman like these two are great to know about in this business and I'm happy that I can put them in my phonebook for future reference. More
