Poor Service I took my truck in for a diagnostic test to find out why the doors wouldn’t lock and to se why it has a harsh downshift. I had an appointment with the I took my truck in for a diagnostic test to find out why the doors wouldn’t lock and to se why it has a harsh downshift. I had an appointment with them and was told it should be about 30 min. I ended up being there for 2 hours. When they they finished they told me the looked at the doors and changed the fuse but didn’t have time to look at the downshifting issue. I was charged for a full diagnostic that came back showing nothing. The doors still don’t lock and they said feel free to bring it back in when the fuse blows again and to run another diagnostic and have the downshifting problem looked at. I know that it is not always and easy fix but I don’t appreciate companies that do sub par work and then over charge you for it. More
The problem was well taken care of. They took care of ordering a new backk passenger handle in the ceiling to help a person get in and out of my car and it was covered by warranty. Oil Change and Detail I came in for an oil change and a detail. I was there for 2.5 hours. They changed my oil but only washed the outside of my car a vacuumed the inside. Super fast service When I brought in my 2019 Rogue in for its first service, it was completed so fast I didn't get to finish the last bit of the book I brought with me. My sales team at Wilson Motor took the pain out of shopping for a new (used) car. They were efficient, responsive, reasonable, and worked with my needs with finding a specific car. Not a good experience 🙁 Serviceman Halverson, said I might need a new engine based on telling him that I took my car into jack’s tire and oil, which he tried to say they put Serviceman Halverson, said I might need a new engine based on telling him that I took my car into jack’s tire and oil, which he tried to say they put too much oil in and it over spilled on the engine..... my car is a 2015 Ford Fusion I don’t plan on getting a new engine any time soon and in the future I WILL NOT take my car to Wilson Motor Ford or I won’t recommend them to anyone either ! More
