Service Sucks I recently took my vehicle in for some dash lights and errors. The technicians and service advisor did not properly diagnose the issue leading to even I recently took my vehicle in for some dash lights and errors. The technicians and service advisor did not properly diagnose the issue leading to even more dash lights and errors. When I approached them on these issues I was told with the technology these days in the vehicles it is extremely difficult to diagnose the issues but they would try something else to see if that would resolve my issues. They again misdiagnosed it and added fluids that did not need to be added. Now my car is again in the shop, minimum of a week each time, and is not drivable for safety reasons. The errors are causing acceleration when not pushing gas, rough shifting, damaged brakes due to computer errors, and loss of power steering but yet there is still no resolution after 4 visits and being told they have fixed the issues we continue having the errors. More
