I found a F350 2018 Platinum 4 Wheel drive truck at this dealership at the end of April.I had been looking for over a yr. Trying to get something that would last me since I’m close to retirement. Was a goo dealership at the end of April.I had been looking for over a yr. Trying to get something that would last me since I’m close to retirement. Was a good price so I Purchased it in May. Salesperson Andy was great to work with. Brought it home and left it in the garage for a couple of weeks before hooking it to our 5th trailer to go to Lava Hot Springs for Memorial Day. One the way home from that the trip the truck completely stopped. Sat on the freeway for a min. then it started back up and proceeded home.This happened two or three more times before I took it to Ed Kenley Ford which is closer to my home and had it checked out. Called Wilson Ford and told them what was going on but they didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Long story short the harness cable was completely destroyed. I couldn’t take my truck on vacation, that had been planned for a yr. Was in the shop for a couple of weeks costing me an extra 4080.00 to fix it. I don’t understand a dealership that won’t stand behind their used cars and trucks. It was a lot of money for a used vehicle. I get that trucks cost a lot. I thought a small town business like Logan would be the way to go. Apparently not! Won’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Sorry to say that but now I have to figure out how to pay the extra money! More

Connor has been so great in helping us. He spent a lot of time looking for the car that we wanted. Then when they got our van on the lot Connor did everything he could to save it for us. We also drove away with a nail in our van that we found a few days later. After talking to them they were more than happy to pay for the new one. Connor and his team are awesome. The sales manager, whose name I didn’t even bother to remember was the exact opposite. While doing paperwork he was rude, and unprofessional. I almost walked out because of his poor behavior. When I got my license plates I came in to pick them up and no one offered any help and I had to GO FIND someone to help me locate my plates. THE SALES PERSON TRIED TO AVOID ME. I just got off work and drove 50miles from the steel factory to pick up plates and got avoided… I would have rather just dealt with Connor the entire time instead. Good job Connor! Keep up the good work! More
