It was awesome I had taken my car into Wilsonville Subaru for a routine oil check. The service department was so helpful and gave me great information as it was my first time. Because it was my first visit I was given this service for 15.00!! What a nice surprise. While I was waiting , I decided to look around at the cars that were there in the building. I came in wanting to just look, but wasn't sure what to expect.. Most dealerships are so high pressure and someone is dogging your every move. Well that didn't happen here. I was able to look to my hearts content. Open doors, sit in cars, check out all the bells and whistles. Then when I had questions I went out on the sales floor. I also went outside where there were a few more cars and that's when I met Marcelo. Marcelo had the answers to my questions, but best of all he wasn't pushy. I showed him the car that I liked and how much I wanted my monthly payment to be and he took it from there. I brought my husband back the next day and we test drove the car. We loved it. We weren't quite ready to close the deal and Marcelo was cool with that and didn't make us feel like if you walk away it won't be here and make us feel like we needed to do it before we were ready. We came back after the weekend and it happened to be Marcelo's day off. He was more then willing to come in and close the deal with us because it worked for us. We will most definitely come back to Wilsonville Subaru to buy a car again. It was the best experience we have ever had shopping and buying a new car!! Thank you Marcelo Nunes you were fabulous!! Actually got a call from one to see if we were still on lot and did we find something? So coming to Wilsonville Subaru was quite a different experience. Walking in the door had a different and welcoming energy that we immediately embraced. We felt like the people that worked there were very genuine and were there for you. Our sales advocate-Derek Richmond-could not have done a better job! We told him basically what we were interested in and he was able to direct and instruct us in the different models that were available. He is truly an asset to your company as he is such a kind and genuinely caring person. He listened to our needs and did not pressure us into anything he felt like we might need or not need. This has been one of our better experiences at an auto dealership ever. Your company stands behind it's policy-"No Bull". More

Exactly as Advertised James was great! He didn't try to upsell me, just listened and showed me the specific car I came in to look at. When it came to go over the paperwork James was great! I went in there knowing what I wanted and she didn’t try to persuade me into getting something that I was not comfortable with. Wilsonville Subaru employees were very pleasant, cheerful, and appeared to enjoy what they do. Shawna even mentioned how she really enjoys her general manager. That comment and how I was treated while at Wilsonville Subaru speaks volumes about how this dealership is run. Happy employees create memorable guest experiences. Went the extra mile I bought a used Subaru Tribeca a few years back along with a 3rd party warranty.
