Corey in particular was ALWAYS there when my car started acting up and no problem was ever made to feel too small. He is extremely professional and as long as I have a Subaru I will always call him when it comes to maintenance or any issues. When I finally decided to trade in and get a new car, the people in service and sales really worked together to to make sure I was leaving in a car that I wanted and would keep me safe. James advocated for me and really listened to my needs and values. He explained things in a way that was understandable to me and I never once felt pressured into anything. After meeting a terrific representative Shawna, we reviewed what I expected and what they could offer..then on to a test drive of the superb AWD outback. The wagon exceeded my expectations, the dealership staff was more like family. I purchased the Outback I had been searching for that night. With in a few days, the additional features were installed, the maintenance team detailed the vehicle exceptionally and I was on the road for a work trip, enjoying each mile down the road.
