First Time Buyer - GREAT service! This was my first time buying a brand new car. I must say that I was not expecting the process to be this easy. The "no bull" price policy they have as well as the fact that you are dealing with one person throughout the whole buying process also made things more effective and easy. I came in knowing what I wanted to spend and what I was looking for. Thankfully not only did I come in under my personal budget, my friend and I were able to look at the lot of cars, take a test drive and do all the paperwork and be out of the dealership within 3 hours ! Mason and Branden were exceptionally easy to work with, knowledgeable and got us out of there with great customer service and speed. First, was the quality of the Wilsonville facility as well as the large number of in stock cars available for the models that most interested me. Second, was the no xx pricing which seemed very competitive. As an indication of how fair they were, Mason came back with an even lower price than what I had agreed to after a fee was adjusted based on my current address. Third, Mason was efficient in adapting to my requests as they evolved while I was figuring out exactly what type of car (new versus used, make, model, features, color, etc.) would be best to buy. It took two visits to sort this out and drive off in my new car which required less than two hours total at the dealership. After I settled on a particular vehicle I was offered various add-ons, but there was no hard sell. Overall, this was a good experience for someone who doesn't enjoy haggling. More

The warehouse is INDOORS, stocked with lots of choices and options and was a comfortable environment. Did I mention we didn't have to go outside in the 30 degree temps to look at cars? The pricing beat competitors' "best price" after negotiations and they even delivered the car to me. More
